Wait, what?? Who is this boyfriend I haven't heard about?? Spill it, Mafer! That sucks, I'm sorry to hear that. Full! Mum made a delicious lunch! And at the same time I don't want to change mummy's diapers Like you maferdagger I take care of both my mom and dad. My dad recently had a debilitating stroke. He has been in the hospital since March 30th and will come home on August 13th. My mom is both blind and deaf. I recently moved back in to the family home so I can be with them 24/7. when I am at work a longtime family friend stays with my mom. Fortunately neither my mom or dad are in diapers... that helps... but I still have my hands full... though I wouldn't want to be anywhere else... they mean the world to me.

Rick, I wish you strength in your care for your parents. Wow. You too, Mafer.
I'm bloody hot! Heatwave plus no air conditioning at home and no pool and broken AC in my car. There is no relief anywhere.

Rick, first of all, you're free to call me Mafer. I named myself "MaferDagger" because of a song called "Chelsea Dagger" by the Fratellis. That's the song my hockey team plays after they score a goal, and I just love it.
I kind of get that feeling. Mummy is my mum's mother, she had a car accident on October, 2009 and after spending months at the hospital she was given 80% of disability. Mum is an only child, so she's the only one who takes care of her at home. Sometimes I help her when I can, especially when mummy gets dirty and mum's not in the mood to change diapers or either feeding her. Having your hands full on someone you love is really hard, I know it, but we do it because we love them. There are times when my mother wants to give up, and so do I. But as I always tell myseld it's that this is a labour of love. I hate it, but it's nothing but love

There is no relief anywhere. Thank you. I really appreciate the nice words. It really is tough both emotionally and sometimes physically. But I would not do it any other way. I love my parents... and you should see my little mom... she's the cutest little thing you could ever see.

They mean the world to me and there's no place else I would rather be right now than making sure that they are safe, happy and comfortable. Who is the hockey player? My nephew plays hockey. He has been playing since he was four, he is now 20.

My team: Chicago Blackhawks. I love everyone on that team: Jonathan Toews (my captain serious ♥) Patrick Kane, Marian Hossa, Patrick Sharp, Duncan Keith, Andrew Shaw, Brandon Saad, Bryan Bickell, Corey Crawford, Niklas Hjalmarsson, Brent Seabrook, Coach Q...The entire team! I have gained a lot of love and respect for that team who was once "the worst franchise in NHL" and seeing them working they way back to the top makes me feel really, really proud of them.

That stinks. Sorry to hear it. I'm feeling excited. I love house shopping. I'm still a few months away from making a move, but I love looking at homes for sale. I might be sad when I finally find a place and won't have to house shop anymore! Maybe I'll become obsessed with car shopping next...
